ITC Infotech developed the product based on a survey of customers and employees in all regions
Technology services company ITC Infotech and Harvard Business School (HBS) jointly developed a Work from Anywhere (I – WFA) productivity framework, which was unveiled on November 11th.
I – WFA enables digital, distributed, flexible, result-oriented and secure future work scenarios for customers and employees. It supports a distributed workplace and a decentralized workforce.
From HBS, Prithwiraj Choudhury, Associate Professor of the Lumry family, worked with the Indian technology company to create the data-driven and concise framework.
ITC Infotech Chief Executive and Managing Director Sudip Singh said, “We are excited to share the I-WFA framework with the technology industry. In cooperation with Prithwi, we have set up this framework, which harmonizes productivity from the customer’s point of view and flexibility from the point of view of employees, while data security is the focus. ”
He exuded confidence that this data-driven framework will help the technology industry embrace the new workplace model.
According to Choudhury, one of the biggest questions business leaders around the world ask is whether it is possible to work from anywhere across industries, and what would it take to make it happen?
“I believe I – WFA has the potential to create value for businesses by making it easier to hire from anywhere, improving better integration in the workplace, increasing productivity, delivering cost savings and operational benefits. The I-WFA is an industry-defining framework that has the potential to reinvent the future of work, ”he said.
Ahead of developing this solution that will redefine the future of work, ITC Infotech partnered with Feedback Insights, a B2B and B2B2C research company, to conduct a survey of customers and employees in all regions.
