Harvard Business School rescheduled most of its MBA courses online after a spate of groundbreaking Covid-19 infections among its students.

The move to distance learning for all first-year courses and some second-year courses will run through at least October 3, the school said, and comes about a month after classes start. It is one of the first cases of a major university to shut down face-to-face tuition this fall, and highlights the challenges faced by schools that traditionally have attracted students through their face-to-face tuition and sociability as they bring students back.
