“I am honored and excited to join the Scarlet Oak Strategies team,” said Glendening, noting that he has worked with many of the company’s current clients over the years, including The Truth Initiative, Jacoby Development and the Edison Electric Institute .
“My goal is to help our customers to be successful and to do well while at the same time helping to make the world a little bit better for everyone,” he said in a written statement.

Raymond Glendening said that while it is a personal honor to work with his father, it is even more humiliating to have someone with Governor Glendening’s vast experience and expertise in industries that we are so focused on [on] our team.”
In addition to his work at Scarlet Oak, Parris Glendening continues to teach at the Carey School of Business at Johns Hopkins University.
